The wording in this article is odd. It seems to say that nutrient solutions are not fertilizers when indeed they are just a specific mix of fertilizers. This should be reworded to say that algal nutrient solutions are a specific mix of fertilizers for specific species of algae. Reportingsjr (talk) 19:23, 3 March 2010 (UTC)

- I plan to add subsections on the infrastructure/process and how this algae solution can be made as well talk over the limitations because the peer-reviewed sources I've selected do talk about this. I also aim to add more subsections as I research the topic.
