I have seen Dampf referred to with multiple names: Dr. Alfons Dampf [1], Alfons Alexis Ernst Michael Dampf [2] and Dr. Alfonso Dampf Tenson[3]. Given the additional metadata associated with these citations, such as country of origin and research focus, and that the first names remain cognate I am sure these are the same person.
