Article reads like a Mission Statement edit
Much of the article looks like it could be the Mission Statement of alfa. While this may by useful information to explain the subject, it also appears to be sourced from alfa's website, which does not meet the WP:VERIFY standard. I made a brief attempt to find secondary sources, but I was unable to find credible sources due to my unfamiliarity with the subject. Dwibby (talk) 08:42, 12 March 2009 (UTC)
