Hoax? edit

The article currently claims that the subject is a noted model. There is a distinct possibility that is not true, and at least a couple sources have published accordingly. See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alexandra Paressant. If kept, perhaps this article could be re-written to describe what appears to be a series of hoaxes. • I'm not sure why this has been deleted, then restored, but it needs to be clear that she is a hoaxer, otherwise it's a serious BLP violation regarding her "boyfriends". See Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Alexandra Paressant for full discussion of the issues. – iridescent 00:00, 21 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • I've made revisions to improve the situation. We could use more evidence, though, preferably in English. Can we get a translation and an indication of the credibility of this article in French, for example? --Metropolitan90 (talk) 00:39, 21 December 2008 (UTC)Reply
  • Here is the article translated that you were talking about Metropolitan90:

"Sex, Lies and the Internet, released on January 22 editions of the Rock. A book "confessions" of the false bride Tony Parker and Thierry Henry, Alexandra lazing.

Who does not know Alexandra laziness? This young woman who, over the past two years, made the choux gras s'inventant the press in particular links with the biggest sports stars, from Tony Parker with Thierry Henry through Ronaldinho. Exposed his lies, she decided to write a book to go on a last-minute celebrity. Positive and especially lucrative. For the latest news, it "months" in prison for a dark story of bank fraud. And nothing better than an autobiography to revive a "career" into disrepair. And stories racoleuses to attract shoppers, as evidenced by the presentation of his "confessions" by his publisher.

"Yes, I invented. I wanted a life dream. I have that dream my life. But the bottom of my cell, the reality was reminded of my good memories. Why blame me? Me Creusot young woman, a small town laborious and anonymous, I did not pursue the glory and easy money. I started to believe in my innocence lost in the arms of Jean-Pascal, star of the short-lived reality TV. Then I defiled my body in the bed of second-class footballers. I was ready to do anything to achieve my goals. Even playing bait to feed scandals in the international press. invented stories when I presented the teacher of stars such as Thierry Henry, Ronaldinho, Tony Parker or James Blunt. I forgot my body and indomitable mistreated by anorexia. Coke all I could do as daring love the phone to David Hallyday and Guillaume Canet. These stars who have never seen my true face has fantasized about my perfect physique that I posted on the Internet. Bodies taken from the most beautiful tops Model of the planet. My complex me to go farther than a third place dauphine at the Miss Burgundy. Today, at 29 years and for the first time in my life, I decided to tell the truth. I hope that my father, too long absent from my life, will finally be proud of her daughter. "

This book, entitled Sex, Lies and the Internet, released on January 22 editions of the Rock. Will it be as credible as the "book-truth" Rolland Courbis? Also ripping the Loana testimony about his childhood in Cosette? Nothing is less certain." --Tarheelz123 (talk) 00:44, 26 December 2008 (UTC)Reply

Clean-up edit

Well, I didn't give much of an edit summary for my clean-up/rewrite of the article, so I'll just add that I rewrote it to better reflect and be more concise about Paressant's (very meager) notability according to the two reliable sources the article has - especially in terms of the first sentence or two. Also, it doesn't make much sense to divide up an article into that many sections when many of them contain such little content. She's only really "known" for one thing anyway. In its current form, it provides a better/easier read.  Mbinebri  talk ← 16:30, 22 February 2009 (UTC)Reply
