I followed the procedures for creating an article with a COI, as outlined in both https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Conflict_of_interest and the Articles for Creation wizard. This included declaring a COI on my user page, submitting a Request for Edit, and submitting the article for peer review through the Articles for Creation process.
