Notts County appearance edit

Hi User:GiantSnowman. I don't think scoring a league goal is trivial, particularly upon return from the previously mentioned injury. I do not advocate detailing every goal a player scored, but surely the player's successful return from a documented injury is worthy of mention? Paul W (talk) 19:23, 15 October 2016 (UTC)Reply

Nope. First goal of the season / for a club, then certainly. But nithing more than that really, otherwise we run the risk of turning into a sport commentary website - don't forget this is an encyclopedia. Is this goal covered in significant detail by reliable sources? GiantSnowman 19:25, 15 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Perhaps, therefore, the injury should be deleted? Otherwise article reads as though Kiwomya's career has stopped. Paul W (talk) 19:51, 15 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Again no, because there is a source directly/explicitly about the injury. GiantSnowman 20:01, 15 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
Return from injury noted by club here on Friday, and Kiwomya's goal upon return from injury now noted in Crewe Chonicle post-match report here. Enough? Paul W (talk) 21:38, 15 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
But that is a passing mention to the goal in a bigger article, not coverage in significant detail. GiantSnowman 07:41, 16 October 2016 (UTC)Reply
