Mongolian
editJust clearing this up - more likely than not, what she means when she says "Mongolian" is that her grandmother or whoever was Jewish from Mongolia - i.e. not actually Asian or an ethnic Mongolian. Mad Jack O'Lantern 07:35, 30 April 2006 (UTC)
- I think that she is seperately of Hungarian, Mongolian and Jewish descent, but I could be wrong. Uglytriangle999 (talk) 14:42, 9 May 2024 (UTC)
Birth Year
editI noticed someone already tried to change it. Here is a link to her forum where she says that her birth year is 1973 and not 1971, I don't think you can get a more reliable source than that.

- Agreed. When it showed up in the recent changes list from an an anon IP address it looked suspicious, so I changed it back, and noted the IMDB source, and frankly, almost every other reference to her DOB on the net, but I'm sure they all got it from IMDB or here. But I suspect Alex herself on her site is a pretty reliable source. Unless, of course, she's trying to make herself younger for better roles, but I vote for giving her the benefit of the doubt. ;-) Gavroche42 14:34, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

This needs a citation why?
editI'm confused by a 'citation needed' tag on this sentence, "She was seen in the 2009 comedy For Christ's Sake, which was directed by her then husband Jackson Douglas."
When you go to the page for that film, it lists Jackson Douglas as the directed and says that the movie starts Alex Borstein - and it lists Jackson Douglas as her husband on this page, without a citation tag on it. So, why would that sentence need its own citation, when it's self-evident from the rest of the wikis on Borstein, Douglas and the For Christ's Sake film? CleverTitania (talk) 03:12, 17 June 2023 (UTC)
