Definitely a b-class article, never intended as a comprehensive biography because the information about Pastor Pendarvis is largely oral. The goal of the article was for someone who typed "Albert Pendarvis" or "The Old Trailblazer" into wikipedia to know who he was, what his ministry was, what they believed, and where they were located. His broadcast is available on a significant portion of America's airwaves and in Northern Ireland, and now worldwide on shortwave, so he is a notable figure. Properly, there should be a Radio Missions article separate from his biography explaining the ministry and its origins and what it offers, and a separate biography of Shelton, Pendarvis, etc but I don't know enough and don't have time to write it all down.
