Topics to be added

edit

These are the topics in the publication through BAPS aksharpith, which could be added to this article to make it more definitive

Aspects of Akshar Purushottum Upãsanã: -Kartã (God as the all doer) -Sãkãr (God with form) -Sarvopari (God as supreme) -Pragat (God as Ever Present) -Aksharbrahman

also If anyone can please possibly cite additional references to this article

This article seems to show that BAPS are the only proponents of the Akshar Purushottam Upasana, when in fact there are others. I tried to edit the page to include these groups but my edits have been removed. Anyone know who I can talk to, to get my edits in? Jakrabbit27 (talk) 12:12, 7 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

I removed the edits because I didn't feel that they were neutral. Add proposed ideas here and I will try to include them into the article myself The World 22:27, 7 October 2009 (UTC)Reply

Restructuring

edit

I think it would be best to create a section in which all the points of the opposition can be placed. Other articles have used this approach, and it's much more objective (i.e. in the sense that both sides of the issue are presented). Moksha88 (talk) 01:07, 25 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

Photo

edit

The Photo is only one part of the interpretation. In this cults buildings, they also worship the sadhus which is fundamentally against scriptures of the original cult. A photo that shows all the cult leaders being worshipped in this interpretation should be placed. The print from this site http://londonmandir.baps.org/worship/swaminarayan-theology-a-very-brief-exposition/ should be suffice.

Lord Shree Krishna, His incarnations, idols, and images alone are worthy objects for meditation. One should never meditate upon any Jiva, person, Deva (demi-gods), or deity, even if he is a profound devotee or a Brahmaveta. Lucidity

edit

I doubt that uninvolved persons are capable to understand what this article is actually about. Which should be the point of having it on Wikipedia. Gerard von Hebel (talk) 22:21, 30 August 2016 (UTC)Reply
