It says on the notes that the YMRU is from Cymru. The welsh for Wales. Actually, I'd say it's G-YMRU from Gymru (another form of Cymru used in certain circumstances due to the way Welsh grammar works (cymru/gymru/ngymru).. This is backed up by the second plane. G-WLAD.
