In Wiki-tradition, this entry is riddle with falsehood and untruths. If one needs accurate information from an encyclopedia, best go over to Britanica.

Gordon Wu's Hopewell Holdings secured the deal for the BERTS project -- which was to be an elevated rail/road link from Don Muang to downtown -- in the early 90s.
