Million versus (US) Billion edit

I suspect that in this sentence:"Udvar-Hazy, whom the Business Journal last year estimated had a net worth of $1.85 million, has a 7 percent stake" it should be $1.85 billion, but even that figure is different from the one in Steven F. Udvar-Házy, where it is said "In 2009, Forbes ranked him as the world's 409th richest person, with a net worth of US$2.8 billion.", but that might be due to the recession.
