Comment - Despite WP:USEENGLISH is clear, I'd like to point out that googling the French name generates more search results (over one million) than the English name (roughly less than two hundred thousands). Also, the majority of stadiums located in Category:Football venues in Cameroon are in French, while only six stadiums (five of them are venues for the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations) uses the English name. Weak support – the reliable English-language sources are somewhat divided, but my searches suggest that the majority do translate it.
