Why is the title of this article Ghavam os-Saltaneh when, at the very beginning of the text, the same person is referred to as Ahmad Ghavam? If, as you say, it is a title, what does it mean? <KF> 22:56, 21 January 2006 (UTC)Reply
Qavam os-Saltaneh was his title in the Qajar era. In the 1920s, he chose Qavam as his last name. Jahangard 18:40, 11 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
