Removing the merge form/suggestion edit

I think it should not be merged to the Agusan article (Philippine political subdivision) because it is an important geographical landmark in the Philippines and Mindanao in particular and should have its own wiki article.

This article needs a map edit

adding the Wikiproject:River tag & this article needs a location map

removing the mapneeded tag; just uploaded a map

Location edit

The mouth of the river is at 9.012929|125.519772, but it should be in the information box.
