Synbols do not show when accessed with Android edit

All symbols show as a rectangular box with an X through it (failure to load/display).

Samsung Galaxy Tab S device

It's likely a font issue on the device. DRMcCreedy (talk) 02:20, 26 October 2018 (UTC)Reply
No, it's not supported on most platforms yet. Please insert image files. I don't understand why people insist on putting images in articles with Chinese characters when most systems nowadays support them, but expect there is enough Unicode support to display obscure things like Aegean numerals. --2001:16B8:3162:E800:2055:7C08:3642:5A41 (talk) 18:36, 3 December 2018 (UTC)Reply
Not just Android. I can get a number of obscure fonts on my machine, but not these symbols. Koro Neil (talk) 07:22, 2 March 2019 (UTC)Reply
I would support adding images along side the text but oppose removing the text, which displays fine on my iPhone and Windows 10 PC. You lose the ability to search and cut-and-paste if you switch to images only. Lastly, there's no objective way to determine when "enough" support exists. So if you'd like to add an image-based table, go for it, but please don't take the text version away from people with devices that can display it.DRMcCreedy (talk) 15:45, 2 March 2019 (UTC)Reply

Keep the Unicode if you would like, but please add images, the page is completely useless as it is. (Which is a shame) — Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.127.64.99 (talk) 07:42, 7 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

This is a sad article edit

So sad. Not one Aegean numeral is shown as an image, so Firefox shows nothing useful. This page should be deleted and reposted when the author can find the time to make images. Just my opinion. David Spector (talk) 02:01, 19 January 2020 (UTC)Reply

The images are shown on some computers and phones, so I'm guessing it's just the device you read the article on. 64.124.38.140 (talk) 14:05, 9 May 2024 (UTC)Reply
