Article title

@Tony1: I've just noticed you moved this to have (UK) as a suffix - is this needed? The Act has a very specific title and I can't imagine it's going to need disambiguated (nowhere else has an Advanced Research and Invention Agency).   @Tony1 If one comes along we can certainly disambiguate, but I don't think it will be likely to arise, to be honest - the title + year combinations are usually quite specific, so titles rarely get duplicated for this type of article.

  Of the ~2000 post-1801 UK Acts we have articles on at the moment, I think only four others - Local Government Act 1974 (United Kingdom), Continental Shelf Act 1964 (United Kingdom), Royal Titles Act 1953 (United Kingdom) & European Communities Act 1972 (UK) are disambiguated in the title, in all cases because another Act of the same name has an article. (There's also Statute Law Revision Act 1893 (Canada) & Government of Ireland Act 1920 (constituencies) but both of these seem to be split out from the main article of that name to cover a specific aspect.)   I would say that adding a (UK) suffix here is the inconsistency - looking at other comparable articles, almost two thousand don't have suffixes, and just a handful of special cases that require disambiguation do. Wikipedia:Naming conventions (government and legislation)#Legislation acknowledges a suffix as appropriate when disambiguation is needed, but not otherwise.
