— Winning Criteria Incorrect

My family just blew the dust off of this game after it sitting around for decades. The instructions clearly state that there are two winning conditions: 1) Someone runs out of hotel units and at the beginning of their turn, the person with the highest total value of property cards wins or 2) Someone manages to earn $61m in property cards -- the end of the board.
