Adrienn Orbán's Notability

Wikipedia Notability guideline says the following:

Sports figures are presumed notable (except as noted within a specific section) if they:

  1. have participated in a major international amateur or professional competition at the highest level such as the Olympics.

Orbán, a professional handballer, is a player of Győri Audi ETO KC, the top team of the Hungarian National Championship. Győr have won almost all domestic titles in the recent years, reached the Finals of the Women's EHF Champions League in 2009, and the semi-finals in 2010. Orbán was featured in the latter one, scoring three goals in the competition. Her performances and profile can be seen here.

She is also member of the Hungary women's national handball team, which is amongst the most successful national teams in the handball history, and a regular guest on all major tournaments (European Championship, World Championship, Olympic Games). She was selected for the 2009 World Women's Handball Championship and also played in the Qualfiers of the currently running 2010 European Women's Handball Championship. She was registered for the provisional 28 players list of the main tournament as well, but finally have been left out from the travelling squad.
