We did a class exercise in which students looked at this article and gave feedback on good things as well as things to improve. These included:

  • Good structure
  • Well-written, neutral tone
  • Thorough background/context (previous cases)
  • Not obvious that typefaces and fonts are different, should clarify
  • More background about the case, how the case arose, why Adobe was mad
  • In analysis and holdings, no judicial opinions or details
  • External Sources is unconventional, is this supposed to be external links or bibliography or what?
