Removal of Wikisource template from Adelsverein article

I have reinstated the Wikisource template removed from this article. The template was originally labeled "Otfried Hans Freiherr von Meusebach", who is John O. Meusebach the Second Commissioner-General of Adelsverein. The Wikisource template links to Meusebach's legal testimony about the Adelsverein and its immigration efforts in Texas.
