Publicity photo edit

Right, before this revert war escalates, I'd like to throw in my 2p. The image is pretty clearly a publicitiy photo issued by the band's label, and Wikipedia:Publicity_photos says that usnig such images is fair use. --VinceBowdren 08:48, 14 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Right, on re-reading the discussion at Wikipedia_talk:Publicity_photos, it starts to make a bit more sense. I think unless we get explicit permission from the photographer (or from the band, if they have sufficient rights to the photo) then we can't assume it has been issued for publicity purposes - it's currently used on the website, but nowhere does it say that anybody else can use it. If we just write and ask them, they'd probably say yes. --VinceBowdren 14:30, 14 September 2006 (UTC)Reply

Double or Electric Bass? edit

It says that Tom Herbert plays double bass with Acoustic Ladyland. I always thought it was that he played double bass with Polar Bear and electric bass with Acoustic Ladyland. Can anyone verify that he plays electric bass with Acoustic Ladyland? Thesamc 16:18, 31 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

He plays double bass on Camouflage, and electric bass on the other two albums. However, I saw them live recently and they have a new bassist, Ruth Goller. This information isn't updated on the official site yet, but she is listed as a member on their myspace page. Roger the Horse 11:09, 1 May 2007 (UTC)Reply
