Title

The existing title of Achilles Heel (Palmer Archipelago) (and the role as Rdr of Achilles Heel (hill)) is not a product of discussion, nor of any reasoning that was explained in an edit summary (or move summary). Two presumably random factors that would favor this outcome suggest themselves as causes:

1. The existing article title was the first of the two to be created.
2. The existing article title was the more polished article at the time when one was converted to a Rdr.

Those two were probably more likely to coincide, since the first article is likely to get more lks & thus more copy-editing, but neither is a valid basis for choosing the article name.
The title "Achilles Heel" would be appropriate to the article for the hill in the Palmer Archipelago off Antarctica, but also to several other topics appearing on Achilles Heel. The purpose of the parenthesized qualifier is not to make the hill's name look like part of a postal address, or to provide additional information prior to the lead sent of the article, but to distinguish the topic of the hill from the other similarly named topics. Any clearly distinguishing hint will suffice, but brevity in the title serves users well and should be preferred when equally effective for disambiguating among the actual topics. Hence Achilles Heel (hill) should be the article, and Achilles Heel (Palmer Archipelago) will occasionally be prove its value as a Rdr to the article.

In the history of our writing about this topic that has had two titles, the flow of text has been in one direction: from the first page created to the second. As nothing in the second-created one would add to the coverage, nor was copied to the first, its edit history is redundant to our task of attribution of our content, and those revisions need not be retained by merging the two edit histories. I am accomplishing the renaming of the article by deleting the existing Rdr at Achilles Heel (hill), and renaming Achilles Heel (Palmer Archipelago) to that title without undeleting any of its revisions.
