I live in Essex in England, UK and I have one in my back garden, planted by the former owner who was Australian and looks and grows beautifully.

From the article: "Wattles have been extensively introduced into New Zealand and are regarded by many New Zealanders as one of the most typical features of their home landscape." This plant is also abundunt in India and Pakistan edit
