Hi! I reviewed the earlier dismissal; I believe that the social media references satisfy the WP:SOCIALMEDIA guidelines as both directly relate to the sources they reference (the first gives the initial date that a video was posted, the second that Sbeita posts videos for dishes of both European and Asian origin). Believe also that World Food Program link added by User:SJ constitutes adequate secondary source, and also added a link to an interview with Sky News Arabia that includes an editorial introduction.
