Kunya vs proper name
I am in no position to judge this, but I think "abu abdo" (~"son of the servant [of allah]") is little more than a nickname. I therefore doubt that this chef, while maybe locally well known, is a good explanation for the search term "Abu Abdo".
I suggest the article should either be renamed/moved to 'Abdel Razzaq al-Masri', or at least devote a sentence clarifying that "Abu Abdo" is an endeareing nickname (similiar to "old bob's [place]" for Robert X's restaurant e.g.) which locally refers to this establishment (or some such).
