Talk:Absente

Latest comment: 7 years ago by InternetArchiveBot in topic External links modified

Changed entry about Canadian Absinthe availability. "True" absinthes are available here, check the LCBO website.

Article should be edited to reflect the fact that Absinthe is now legal in the U.S. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 130.64.161.205 (talk) 05:59, 29 March 2009 (UTC)Reply

A liquer?

edit

Not if what the absinthe article says is true, if it is really all that similar. It doesn't seem to have the requisite sugar content.

I don't know the details of production but yes, if they are distilling their product and aren't adding sugar then it would completely match the absinthe page and is a liquor not a liqueur. -- Ari 21:20, 20 June 2006 (UTC)Reply
I know this is old but I've added that Absente is a liqueur as this page [1] lists the addtion of sugar.
