Name of the article edit

Name of the article must be 'Aalavandhan' as Suresh Krishna shot the film mainly in Tamil, Hindi was just subsidiary. Abdullah Khan Bishal (talk) 12:30, 30 September 2017 (UTC)Reply

Bilingualism edit

@Kailash, In our country so many films are shot in more than one language, that doesn’t mean that we will have to write them in separate articles. Shipir Bipir (talk) 08:34, 21 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

Yes Shipir Bipir, you are right. But those are distinct from each other such as the bilinguals made by Mani Ratnam and Gautham Menon (eg: Yuva/Aaytha Ezhuthu, Raavan/Raavanan, Vinnaithaandi Varuvaayaa/Ye Maaya Chesave and Neethaane En Ponvasantham/Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu) deserve separate articles because of the major differences between versions, mainly regarding the changes in title and cast. As for Abhay/Aalavandhan, only a few supporting actors are changed for the Hindi version, and those changes are not strong enough to warrant a separate article. --Kailash29792 (talk) 08:50, 21 October 2017 (UTC)Reply

@Kailash, this film was not officially dubbed in Telugu language. Fayaz Rahman (talk) 04:22, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

Then? Was it like those Hindi films dubbed from Telugu/Tamil for TV? Kailash29792 (talk) 04:47, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply
Kailash, you can say that. Fayaz Rahman (talk) 04:50, 15 August 2018 (UTC)Reply

@Kailash, Aalavandhan's Telugu dubbed version was not official, and I think the writings that tell that the film was dubbed into Telugu should be removed from the article, can you show any reference that says the film was dubbed into Telugu by Suresh Krishna or Kalaipuli S Thanu?
