Digital Marketing

Much of the puffery in this section can be removed - as I did so recently. Significant portions of it are just descriptions of what digital and online media is and what it is used for - not what Asos use it for. Additionally, the prose used is poor and the formatting is bad:

Examples taken from the article:

  • In society, organisations that are open to adaptation, and understand the constantly changing environment have a greater opportunity to remain competitive in terms of online marketing.[1]
Yes, true - so add it to the relevant article, not one on ladies fast fashion.
  • Instagram also have an option to create a business account. According to statistics, there are now over 25 million business accounts on Instagram. This is beneficial because around 60% of people say that they discover new products or companies through Instagram.[2] On a business account it is possible to share contact details, you can monitor the interactions made with your profile and it also means that your profile is more likely to be seen on the home page.[3] Another way in which Asos are keeping up to date with the ever changing world of digital marketing.
Again - good for an article on Instagram, but puffery and excessive for an article on clothing.

This entire section reads like a marketing exercise - and one not very well put together at that. My edits - as explained by edit summaries - removed much of the chaff and only left in the bits relevant to Asos themselves. Chaheel Riens (talk) 21:10, 18 March 2018 (UTC)

Additional: Megv1596, you appear to be a student engaged in an assignment regarding digital marketing, which goes someway to explaining your edits here. Please have a read through Wikipedia:Training/For students, and get your lecturer/teacher to do so as well. Note that your talk page asks you to work in your sandbox, not the live article - that may be a better idea. Chaheel Riens (talk) 21:19, 18 March 2018 (UTC)

British English

Please do not require the use of British English. There is no such thing as British English, only variations of English. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2A02:C7F:4C5C:5900:493:65EE:EBF7:241A (talk) 07:44, 7 April 2019 (UTC)
