There are no references in this article. It should link to the website and the article of AEA Technology, because it was commercialized by them, before its ANSYS stage. The last version before ANSYS was CFX 5.6. How much did ANSYS paid for CFX? A CFX 5.7 version was released after the purchase, with an interface to the ANSYS environtment, and featuring the ANSYS logo. Then it was fully integrated into the ANSYS Workbench, and was released as ASYS CFX 10. What are its current capabilities? Until which degree it is integrated with Fluent in the ANSYS CFD suite?
CFX is also a type of Power Supply for Computers. I think it means "Compact Form Factor" I noticed them today when looking at BTX Form Factor cases. Does anyone have any more information on this to put in Wiki and know how to fix this record and make it look all nice and stuff?
Examples: http://www.formfactors.org/FFDetail.asp?FFID=14&CatID=2 " The CFX power supply(s) was primarily intended for use with small form factor system designs (10 –15 liters in total system volume)."
And a case that has one: http://www.evercase.com/newsite/2product/ece1341.htm
CFX?
