What does “Channel 251” refer too?

The section headings for Canada and United States included the designation (Channel 251) next to them formally but provided no info on what Channel 251 refers to so I removed them. Since I was not able to find any reference to "Channel 251" that would expalin why it's included in an Wikpedia article on radio staiions past and present worldwide that used or once used the frequency 98.1 FM, I decide just to remove for now. If there is a valid reason why it was included next to the Canada and United States section headers then please someone explain what it means. Since it isn't clear to the uniformed reader what "Channel 251" refers to within the article or via a Wikilink, as it stood it added nothing to the article except confusion (accept for those already in the know). If anyone knows what it means and think it is relevent to the article and want to add it added back then you should either way to explain what it is in the article or at least make the first instance a Wikilink to an WP article that does explain it's relevence to 98.1 FM in Canada and the United States.--Notcharliechaplin (talk) 19:51, 3 March 2022 (UTC)
