It is just outside the city limits. See this city planning document describing future development plans in the area. "The 4S Ranch and Santa Fe Valley Specific Planning Areas form a portion of this county land." PQMark 16:40, 4 March 2007 (UTC)Reply

That's what I thought, thanks a lot, I was just making sure beause I just created Primary and secondary schools in San Diego, California and I didn't want to list schools in 4S ranch if they are not in city limits. -ChristopherMannMcKay 17:19, 4 March 2007 (UTC)Reply
