Missing history

Needs updating. Missing history of the unit from 1973 to 1994 while an Associate Reserve unit at the former Norton AFB/63rd MAW flying C-141 aircraft. There is even an old Periscope video on YouTube about the predecessor reserve unit to the 445th at Norton.
