This building may be the 15th tallest in the city of Baltimore, but it is a run-of-the-mill highrise apartment after all, and in general, apartments are not notable. The article List of tallest buildings in Baltimore provides rudimentary information within a chart, and all the information contained within here can fit into that chart. Just being the 15th tallest building in a city alone with information to verify that should not be a reason to have a standalone article (see WP:RANK. Sebwite (talk) 23:59, 7 May 2009 (UTC)Reply
