Regarding the conformation, is it right that the 1-hydroxy and 4-dimethyamino are juxtapositioned trans-diaxal?

Yeah the conformation shown is the one Lednicer shows in the J Med Chem papers. Bromadol is a made up name so can't be used as the article title, could rename it to BDPC though I guess. Meodipt (talk) 02:40, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
