I have removed the prod template from this, however this redirect may no longer be necessary. The remake is now made, and is known as Nanban or Snehithudu  pablo 11:21, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply

This page only contain redirects.Even you are agreed that redirect should be removed, then what is a need of a blank page.--Sandy (talk) 11:25, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Well redirect pages do contain ... a redirect. I am not agreed that the redirect should be removed. This film apparently was known as 3 Rascals for a while while it was being made, in which case it is possible that someone would search for it under that name, and the redirect would take them to the correct place. And that is what redirect pages are for. pablo 11:39, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Initilly I thought the same but there is no mention of this name on Nanban. So don't know how anybody would search for 3 rascals.Additionally you have also said that there is no need for redirect. With the little knowledge of wiki I don't find any reason why a redirect page should exist which directs nowhere.--Sandy (talk) 13:15, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Er, "Additionally you have also said that there is no need for redirect" - no I haven't. I said "this redirect may no longer be necessary" - ie there is a possibility that it isn't. I agree with TexasAndoid below - if you think that this redirect is pointless, head for WP:RFD if you think that any further effort on this will benefit the encyclopaedia. pablo 14:42, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Coming at this from a totally process-based POV. Pages, including redirects, should (almost) never be blanked. There are proper ways of handling bad content, and blanking is generally not one of them.
Redirects are also not supposed to be subject to WP:PROD. That's a deletion system for articles. Redirects are considered something else.
So, assuming that the redirect does not qualify for one of the limited speedy deletion criteria, the proper way to get one deleted is to start a WP:RFD debate. Such a debate would likely go a lot like the one you two are having just above. But the debate needs to happen in the context of RFD for it to be considered valid for getting the page deleted. Debating here on this talk page does no harm, but it also does no real good. The page cannot be deleted based on the outcome of a debate here, sorry. - TexasAndroid (talk) 14:13, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
Point taken TexasAndroid. Will analysis and discuss the same topic on o[WP:RFD]]. Just a reply to pablo.known as 3 Rascals for a while while it was being made is only a non cited talk, its notability is highly doubtful.Read policy's first point.Agreeing with admin my piece of talk here.--Sandy (talk) 16:15, 1 February 2012 (UTC)Reply
