Article in BIT by Ole Moeller is NOT freely accessible edit
I have just tried to download this reference from Spain, but unfortunately, it is behind a pay wall of Springer Link. Maybe the author of the wiki page wrote it using an IP to which institutional access is granted... 80.28.105.138 (talk) 06:34, 13 November 2023 (UTC)
