Investigation

edit

The station seems to be struggling with the investigation by the ACMA, basically they do not understand participation in the media includes decision making. The station has failed to implement anything regarding policy and procedures for allowing programming to be handled by anyone other than neo-conservative, narrow minded, pseudo Christian small country town dictators.

Surprise surprise the ACMA takes a dim view of that. No Youth on committees, no gay and lesbian programming allowed, no "heavy music" allowed, because sponsors wouldn't stand for it. That is NOT going to go down well with the ACMA.

******** Obviously, you haven't recieved the good news then!!

Defining good news as being that the ACMA issued a no-breach finding? I think that the station had a lot of work to do to show that participation in decision making is actually happening. Looking forward to seeing the outcome at the AGM... Are you going to publish the findings of the ACMA report?150.101.201.72 (talk) 06:10, 24 July 2008 (UTC)Reply
