Title question

Hi, I've never actually watched the show, but I came here after, amid a conversation, the question "What is the address in the title?" came up. I figured wikipedia would have an answer, but it doesn't. Seems to me like that would be something worthy of inclusion in the article. Since I don't know the answer, I figured I'd throw it up here and let a fan do the edit.

Um..the address is "21 Jump Street."

If my memory is correct, 21 Jump Street was suppose to be the street address of their office. A couple of times the police would give out their cards and mention that you can find me at 21 Jump Street. It was also the name of the fictional undercover program which they called the Jump Street Program. RepSchnell 23:59, 31 March 2007 (UTC)

That sounds right to me too. I seem to recall that they would sometimes refer to the station house (an old chapel) as "Jump Street Chapel." Burnley 00:02, 1 April 2007 (UTC)

LOL on the address being 21 Jump Street. Anyway I always assumed the show took place in New York City. The season 4 intro abandoned the spray paint logo and started with a bus displaying Hastings street. There is a Hastings Street in Brooklyn, NY; however, there are probably hundreds of Hastings streets around the USA. It was filmed in Vancouver and yes there is a Hastings Street in Vancouver. Episode Name Change

Does anyone know why "Date With an Angel" from Season 3 was renamed to "Slippin' Into Darkness"? My suspicion is that the episode, which apes the Guardian Angels by depicting a vigilante citizen crime watch group, decided to change the name because of copyright concerns or was asked to change is by the Angels. But I cannot find a reference for that theory. Anyone have any details about that? Seems interesting, maybe the show got in trouble for that episode? - Owlmonkey (talk) 04:12, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

Harry Ioki

Is Dustin Nyuyen's character name not 'Harry Truman Ioki'? In the article it leaves out the 'Truman'. I own 21 Jump Street Season 1 and that's the name listed on the back of the case. Season 5, Episode 23

The "Episode Guide" section lists 22 episodes under Season 5, let the DVD Releases section states there are 23 episodes in Season 5. There are indeed 23 episodes, but I haven't been able to find its' name anywhere. Ideas? --Super Jamie (talk) 00:23, 24 August 2009 (UTC)

season 4

Clean up the list of guest stars.

The section of guest stars is kind of rough. I would suggest a bulleted list with the actor's name,the character played and in what episode. Something like:

• Christina Applegate ... Tina. Season 2, Episode 15. I'm OK - You Need Work~~

Or maybe a table? That's too advanced for me to tackle.

I would advise against using a table for this. I prefer "(Actor) as (Role) in "(Episode)"." for formatting, as a bulleted list. Ideally there'd be some information regarding the actor's participation, but I imagine that could be hard to find sourcing for. Doniago (talk) 14:03, 26 July 2010 (UTC)

Metropolis?

Under "Location", it states: "Jump Street was officially set in a city called "Metropolis" in the "Evergreen State..." Evergreen State was established in the episode with the fake driver's licenses, but when did they ever mention a city called "Metropolis"?
