The article uses the term "accident" in prose and a heading ten times. The first sentence of the article accident reads: An accident is an unintended, normally unwanted event that was not directly caused by humans. The extensive use of the term implies that this was unavoidable and not caused by humans. I contend that this violates WP:NPOV and more neutral wording needs to be used.
