Ward listings

I would like to standardize the way we list wards here so that, when councillors and trustees are referenced and wards are listed, there aren't a million different formats. The following formats come from the ward descriptions on the City of Hamilton website and from an intuitive understanding of the city. Here are the formats I propose:

Council

• Ward 1 - Chedoke-Cootes
• Ward 2 - Downtown
• Ward 3 - Hamilton Centre
• Ward 4 - Hamilton East
• Ward 5 - Red Hill
• Ward 6 - East Mountain
• Ward 7 - Central Mountain
• Ward 8 - West/Central Mountain
• Ward 9 - Upper Stoney Creek
• Ward 10 - Lower Stoney Creek
• Ward 11 - Glanbrook
• Ward 12 - Ancaster
• Ward 13 - Dundas
• Ward 14 - West Mountain
• Ward 15 - Flamborough

Public School Board

• Wards 1 and 2 - West Hamilton
• Ward 3 - Hamilton Centre
• Ward 4 - Hamilton East
• Ward 5 - Red Hill
• Ward 6 - East Mountain
• Ward 7 - Central Mountain
• Wards 8 and 14 - West Mountain
• Wards 9 and 10 - Stoney Creek
