Faroe Islands Could Finish Second edit
The table is in a way that I can't remove the "Y" after Faroe Islands. They have 4 points and 4 games left, which means they can get 16 points. There are multiple scenarios in which they can pass Scotland, Israel, and Austria to get third. This includes if those three teams draw against the other two and lose their other games, in which case Scotland would have 13 points and be above Israel and Austria.
