standings after games of Tuesday 4/6 edit
You guys crack me up. Talk about finding new and inventive ways of being wrong. Yes, the Senators are in first the the NL East and the Phillies are in second because standings are based on winning percentage and nothing else. But no, the Phillies are not "+1" games behind the Senators. In the first place, "+1" is the same as "1" and by the games behind formula, the Phillies are -1 games behind, not 1.
In the second place, it is easier to interrupt that if you say the Senators are 1 game behind the Phillies, even though the Senators are in first place. What this means is, if the Senators were to lose a game and the Phillies stand idle, the Senators would be in second place, 1 1/2 games behind the Phillies. And if they're 1 1/2 games behind after losing a game, they had to have been 1 game behind before losing that game. Follow the math. 71.162.113.226 (talk) 14:02, 7 April 2021 (UTC)
All-Star Game relocation edit
"Restrictive voting laws?" This is some serious NPOV right here. In many ways, the law _expanded_ opportunities to vote. I would suggest changing this to something a little less biased… perhaps "controversial voting laws" or "overhaul of voting laws?" But "restrictive?" Come on.
