Adding blank team sections

Hi. Kaustubhkul insits on adding blank team sections with no info in them. I don't see any point to this - what do others think? When the page is loaded, the squads have the captain and vice captain at the top of the team list, and then alphabetically by last name. If you click the sort arrows for player, it should be sorting by last name, but isn't currently (it's sorting by first name)- I will fix this when I get time.
