POV

This entire article is extremely POV in terms of content and tone. It fully takes the side of the Bolivian government (against reports from neutral international observers, e.g., [1][2]) and blames protesters and passersby for being massacred. I recommend simply merging any new findings that this article happens to offer to that existing section at Áñez's article. This would solve two problems: the POV style at this one and the need to update two different articles if any new knowledge about the incidents comes to light. I second cmonghost's call to explode and rebuild this article. (Seekallknowledge, WP:TNT is not about whether the article is merited, but about whether it can be reached by gradual modifications of a flawed existing draft.) Moreover, I suggest splitting the two events into Sacaba massacre and Senkata massacre. (Yes, there will be debate over "massacre" vs. "killings" vs. "clashes," but there is reasonably heavy weight due to authoritative sources—Human Rights Watch and the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights—and WP:COMMONNAME.) It's also true that the existing text at Jeanine Áñez#2019_Senkata_and_Sacaba_attacks is much better and makes a solid start on those two articles.--Carwil (talk) 16:38, 15 November 2020 (UTC)

I think it should be merged. The event in and of itself will not produce a very long article. It fits as a section on Áñez's page and the trial of Áñez that is expected to come of it fits more there as well. Krisgabwoosh (talk) 16:43, 15 November 2020 (UTC)

Each of the Sacaba and Senkata killings successively constituted the deadliest days of political conflict in Bolivia in the prior 15 years. There are numerous extensive sources covering each of the events, including the protests beforehand, the investigations by the CIDH, Harvard Human Rights Program, Argentine human rights organizations, the Bolivian legislature, and now the Interdisciplinary Group of Independent Experts. WP:GNG is easily met in both cases. Áñez, who may bear command responsibility, is only part of this story.--Carwil (talk) 17:01, 23 November 2020 (UTC)
