Field edit
I was just wandering what the source for the field categories was. What is currently shown in wikipedia is different from the PGA Tour media guide https://tfdfreports.pgatourhq.com/inquiry/prod/TrnEligibility.cfm?t=R&year=2019&trnpn=011
Although the media guide can sometimes be unreliable, so I am not necessarily saying wikipedia is wrong Jopal22 (talk) 18:03, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
- I don't know where the list on this article came from. The most official source I can find is last year's PGA Tour Player Handbook (pages 42-43). I haven't been able to find an updated handbook for this year, but I don't think there have been any changes in eligibility for the Players. pʰeːnuːmuː → pʰiːnyːmyː → ɸinimi → fiɲimi 18:23, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
- Yep, think you're right. The PGA has a field criteria listed too, but that is obviously wrong! https://www.pga.com/news/pga-tour/players-championship-2019-tee-times-tv-schedule-live-stream. Hate it when sites print incorrect details! Jopal22 (talk) 19:17, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
