FIBA Europe claims in its press releases that this competition is the second-tier competition in Europe. However, in order to update the European professional club basketball system, and given the participating clubs (only 2 have resigned from Eurocup), I don't consider it can be still considered as such. --Maku17 (talk) 21:14, 4 August 2015 (UTC)Reply
