Why list country of birth? edit
Why list the country of birth? Citizenship matters because of the rules about who can play. But why does where someone was born matter? If it does not matter, than we should not mention it. It is extraneous and mentioning it unnecessarily encourages bigotry by suggesting that it does in fact matter.
