Red in the oppostion column edit

I think it is misleading to put Red in the opposition column. They don't want a non-socialist government and should rather be placed in the third column along with "others". Regards, Iselilja (talk) 20:13, 11 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Stoltenberg has conceded defeat edit

Looks like Solberg is the new PM.

Final counts on the votes should be available soon. 85.4% have been counted so far. Grandmartin11 (talk) 22:32, 9 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Some details about the coalition system can be added.

Any thoughts?

What do you mean exactly about the sytem? If you mean the details of the coalition then it will be when the govt is formed.Lihaas (talk) 11:34, 12 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

'The Incident'?? edit

Under 'Leadership changes': "Vegard Groeslie Wennesland was a survivor of the incident.." What does this mean? Is it a reference to Anders Breivik? If so, why be so incredibly mealy-mouthed? Harfarhs (talk) 20:17, 13 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

I agree that the line there did not quite belong, and certainly not in the section of the party Red's leadership change. The 2011 attacks were not much of an issue during the campaign, and it seems to be of far more interest in newspapers outside Norway than they were in Norwegian newspapers. Still, the role it played is of interest, and I have added a little material on it into the article. Concerning the paragraph above, I have moved the coverage and the BBC article source into the "Campaign" section, and removed the mention of Wennesland who was Labour's 9th candidate in Oslo and not in a position where his election to parliament was a realistic scenario.
