So I pressed enter instead of "]" here. I was going to say, in response to this edit summary, that consensus works by users who disagree participating in the discussion which I, anticipating some disagreement, already began at Talk:United States House of Representatives elections in Ohio, 2012 (there rather than here because it's an issue that covers a number of articles, and the Ohio one just happened to be the first one I chanced across).
